A. ELECTION OF A NEW VICE PRESIDENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. The Board of Directors must vote for a current member to become the new Vice President. This position is currently vacant.

B. AUTHORIZATION TO PAY SESSIONS $10,650 TO CONDUCT INSPECTION OF OUR UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANKS. Every 10 years we are required to have a detailed inspection done of our underground storage fuel tanks. Discussion/ Action Required.

C. RESOLUTION 07-03_ CHANGING THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE REGARDING THE DISTRICT’S PURCHASE POLICY. Copy of Resolution included.

D. BUDGET FOR THE NEW FISCAL YEAR 07/08. The Airport Management is submitting the new fiscal years Draft Budget for Board review and approval. Discussion/Action Required.
