B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. Updating the Administrative Code to reflect approved Resolutions. Discussion

C. DISCUSSION/ACTION :RESOLUTION 06-_____ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF INDIAN WELLS VALLEY AIRPORT DISTRICT AMDENDING THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE REGARDING BOARD ACTION REQUIREMENTS.

The resolution amends the Administrative Code provisions regarding Board Action Requirements. Changes section 2.06 BOARD ACTION REQUIRED to read:

(a) All action of the District shall be taken by the Board. No individual board member shall represent the District’s policy unless said policy has been determined by the Board.

(b) The affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the Board is necessary for the Board to take action.
