B. MEAD & HUNT WORK ORDER AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING OF THE INYOKERN AIRFIELD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION AND AUTOMATED WEATHER OBSERVATION SYSTEM (AWOS) AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF $107,000 FOR AIR PROJECT NO. 3-06-0110-21.

C. DISCUSSION / ACTION: RESOLUTION NO. 06 , CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE TIME AND DAY OF MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS.
