September 3, 2003

(All items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the Airport staff and will be approved in one motion if no Director or member of the public wishes to comment or ask questions. If comment or discussion is desired by anyone, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered in the listed sequence with an opportunity for members of the public to address the Board concerning the item prior to action being taken.)

A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF AUGUST 6, 2003 AND WAIVED FURTHER READING OF THE MINUTES.

B. APPROVAL/RATIFICATION OF PAYMENT REGISTER OF SEPTEMBER 3, 2003

C. FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR JULY 2003.

D. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 294,511.00 TO MAGNUM ENTERPRISES. AIP 03-06-0110-15.

E. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,703.70 TO STATE COMPENSATION INSURANCE FUND: WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURNACE

A. RESOLUTION NO: 03-115: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF INDIAN WELLS VALLEY AIRPORT DISTRICT EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO FLOYD AND HAROLDENE KINDER FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY

B. ACCEPT FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 AUDIT

C. CANCEL OR CHANGE DATE OF OCTOBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

D. NOTICE OF COMPETION: AIP PROJECT # 03-06-0110-15: AIRPORT RESCUE AND FIRE FIGHTING FACILITY AND RELEASE OF 10% RETENTION OF FUNDS.

E. APPROVAL: LEASE BETWEEN DISTRICT AND QUOIN, INC.: APPROVAL WILL BE CONCEPTUAL WITH FORMAL APPROVAL REQUESTED AT A LATER MEETING.
