A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 4, 2003 and the SPECIAL MEETING OF JUNE 25, 2003 AND WAIVED FURTHER READING OF THE MINUTES.

B. APPROVAL/RATIFICATION OF PAYMENT REGISTER OF July 2, 2003

C. FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR APRIL and MAY 2003.

D. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT: MAGNUM ENTERPRISES IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 322,332.00: AIP 03-06-0110-15 (10% RETAINED).

E. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT: KERN COUNTY GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,981.77: AIP 03-06-0110-15
