D. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT: MAGNUM ENTERPRISES IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 331,719.23: AIP 03-06-0110-15 (10% RETAINED).

E. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT: KERN COUNTY GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 42,894.06: AIP 03-06-0110-15
