President Mike Mohn called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. Present: Directors Bozack, Farris, Mohn, Rosenthal and Wallum. Also present were Assistant Manager Scott Seymour, Mr. Brad Glasco, Donna Rosenthal, and Mr. Tom Bozack.

2. DISCUSSION OF THE MARKETING PLAN

There was a lengthy discussion about the plan, and various suggestions were made by the persons present.
Mr. Glasco prepared a marketing document prior to the meeting which he e-mailed to the Directors. The discussion included Mr. Glasco’s plan, the existing marketing plan, and comments and suggestions from those present. The consensus of the Board following discussion was to keep the original plan with revisions as suggested.
A copy of the plan with the revisions included is attached hereto.

3. ADHOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
